Long-term agreement to strengthen the homebuyer journey across all projects

Fredensborg Bolig has entered into a long-term framework agreement with Rubus and will implement the full Rubus platform across all of its residential projects.

The agreement covers the entire customer journey – from selections and handover to O&M documentation and claims management – as well as Rubus' analytics module, which provides valuable insight across the portfolio. The platform will be used both in new developments and in completed projects currently in the post-handover claims phase.

Fredensborg Bolig was looking for a holistic solution to enable standardization, improve efficiency, and gain better insights – and conducted a thorough evaluation of several platforms before choosing Rubus.

Rubus is a leading platform for managing the homebuyer journey in residential construction and is already used by some of the largest developers and contractors in the Nordics.
