We are thrilled to announce an exciting addition to our tech team as we head into the new year. Nils Michael Fitjar has officially joined Rubus this week as a Fullstack Developer in our Bergen office. Building on Our Momentum Following a year of solid growth in 2025, we have set an ambitious roadmap for 2026. As we continue to help real estate developers and general contractors "build as one" and "get more done", expanding our development team is a crucial step. Nils joins us at the perfect time to help turn these ambitions into reality.
Beyond the Code Nils isn’t just a great addition to our technical capabilities; he is a true enthusiast. Outside of work, he participates in "game jams" for game development and enjoys painting miniatures. When he steps away from the screen, you can find him hiking or climbing.
A Perfect Cultural Fit We take pride in our company culture, and Nils fits right in. He is a fan of card games like Dungeons & Dragons, which is good news for our Bergen office—fun fact: we actually have a former Norwegian champion in Magic: The Gathering on our team already!
