🛠️ Rubus Product Updates – April 2025: Smarter, Faster, Better

🏗️ Inspection and Handover – Easier Follow-ups, Better Control

• Redesigned floorplan with support for multiple markers, the floorplan feature has received a major upgrade: you can now place several markers on the same plan (previously limited to one) and add comments/notes for each marker. This makes it much easier to highlight and track issues or tasks visually.
• Import Electricity Data, you can now import and export electricity data under Units in Quality Management. Just select Import > Electricity. (Available only if an electricity supplier is enabled.) 
• Inspection has been updated to feature more Rubus UI elements. 
• Finish inspection improvements If Electricity supplier is activated in an inspection, users will now be warned if they forget to select a supplier. The option to Archive inspection during finalization has also been removed to simplify the process.
  

🛠️ Aftermarked – Stay Ahead on Documentation and Follow-ups

• Floorplan updates for Warranty Management (also available in Inspections), the redesigned floorplan with multiple markers is also available in Warranty Management. Use it to visually map out defects and tasks with more flexibility than before.
• Buyer access to floorplan, buyers can now use the floorplan feature as well. Admins can decide whether the floorplan is optional, mandatory, or not available for buyers in the project setup.
• Export Case PDF, It’s now possible to export case details from the main case overview (all). Previously this was only possible in ‘’my tasks’’. 

✨ Other improvements & Fixes

• New Messaging Feature: Delete and Add several Attachments You can now delete attachments you've uploaded yourself in messages and add multiple attachments at once. This makes file handling in communication easier.
• You can now add attachments when using the standard reply feature. This makes it easier to share relevant documents quickly and efficiently.
• Performance improvements across the platform for faster loading and a smoother user experience.
• Small UX adjustments to make navigation even more intuitive.
• Welcome Germany 🇩🇪  German Now Available as a Language in the Application - and German projects now support the use of titles (e.g., Herr, Frau, Dr.) and salutations. This enables more formal and appropriate communication in line with German language standards. Title and salutations can be added to emails, sms, order confirmations and protocols 
• All emails from the system are now sent from noreply@rubus.app. 
• Several updates have been made to the survey feature
