Congratulations to Linstow, Grendahl Holding, Betonmast Buskerud Vestfold, and MER Arkitektur for winning the award for Apartment Project of the Year 2025.
We are proud that the Rubus platform was used in Agnespassasjen, Building C – and that the platform will also be used in the next phase, Sjøparken Borettslag Island 3 (Buildings D/E).

This unique project in Sjøparken Larvik was developed by Agnes Utvikling with MER Arkitektur as the architect and Betonmast Buskerud-Vestfold as the contractor. According to the jury’s statement, the project stood out for its residential quality, sustainability, distinctiveness, and cost-effectiveness.
